Fully Automated CD-R and DVD-R Duplication with Color Printing
The DiscJet 4 Duplication System is the perfect solution for professional CD-R / DVD-R replication. Fast and jam-free, the reliable mechanism is loading CD-R’s and DVD-R's from the 120 disc input bin in up to four recording drives. With four recorders the system copies up to 48 CD-R's per hour ( 40x Recorders). Defective media is unloaded into a seperate reject bin. Input and output bins are easily removable. Within seconds you can replace the empty bin with a full one - even during operation. DiscJet 4 systems can handle all common CD / DVD formats.

Automated Operation
To start the duplication process on a DiscJet 4 all you have to do is to fill the bins with blank CD-R’s or DVD-R's and read the master CD / DVD to the systems hard drive through the drive of the System Manager that controls your duplicator. Enter the required number of copies and leave the rest to DiscJet 4. When using the CD-Publisher software package for example, the empty CD-R’s / DVD-R's will be automatically inserted one by one into the appropriate drives for recording. Each recorder starts recording individually when the drive’s tray is closed. Recording process is fully automated, defective media being automatically sorted out.

In-Line Printing
The DiscJet 4 can be equipped with an optional color inkjet printing system for automated color printing on to your CD-R’s and DVD-R's. For higher speed printing you may use the optional color thermal transfer printer kit.

Spin Option
Each CD / DVD can be oriented with the spin option kit, allowing preprinted media to be used.

Easy to Use
Duplication and printing processes are controlled by user-friendly software. Format, data contents and printing images of each CD / DVD are defined in project files. Each CD / DVD may contain different data. Duplication and printing are being handled in a “first listed / first to complete” order.

Network Option
DiscJet 4 Systems can be controlled through a computer network. System operation can be remotely controlled as can master data be loaded through the network.

"On Demand" - CD-R / DVD-R Production
With LSK's SDK (Software Developers Kit) and ECR (Event Controlled Recording) software all LSK CD-R / DVD-R systems can be integrated into any eviroment for customized recording and printing. SDK / ECR enables you to collect individual data from any source and record and print it to individual CD-R's and DVD'-Rs.

Standalone
DiscJet 4 systems are also available as so called " Standalone" systems. Standalone systems are operated without a PC. All functions are controlled by the built in electronics. The user interface is a control panel with a keypad and a LCD display. The master CD / DVD and the print file are loaded to the systems hard drive through on of the recorders.

• Sek’d Samplitude
This audio mastering software package designed by Sek’d allows you to transfer soundtracks directly from a CD, or through a digital sound card from other audio sources onto the systems hard drive and to insert cuts, fades, indexes, to change amplitudes, to write TOC files and more.
• PoiNT CD-Audio Builder
With this software package designed by PoiNT you can aquire TOC files of a master image or CD generated by Samplitude, for further automatic processing with CD Publisher. The remaining process is identical to regular data CD duplication.
